Dear Presidents, Secretaries, Diamond Team, and Rotarians,

Please allow me to express three heartfelt thanks:

First, I want to thank all the Rotary veterans for introducing, nurturing, and encouraging the presidents and secretaries of your Rotary club for the 2024-2025 term. During the honorable moment of the 120th anniversary of Rotary International, they are taking on significant responsibilities. With complete training, inheritance, and sharing provided by the district, I believe they will uphold the expectations of RI President Stephanie and bring you an irresitiable Rotary year.

Secondly, I would like to thank the presidents and secretaries for their courage to take on responsibilities and their wholehearted dedication. I believe you will cherish every member like diamonds, connecting them closely together to build a strong Rotary club.

Thirdly, I want to thank the leadership team. One of the conditions for an effective Rotary club is to cultivate leaders at the district level and above. Congratulations to all the leaders of the Diamond Team. Your outstanding contributions have not only demonstrated the spirit of Service above Self but also validated the excellent Rotary DNA of your club.

In this magic Rotary year, please allow me to propose three key initiatives:
1. Calling: Let’s not overlook any outstanding individuals around us. Invite altruistic Rotary members to join in and enjoy the irresitibility of Rotary.
2. Giving: Embrace the spirit of Service above Self, driven by inspiration, to uphold the tradition of vocational service through time, talent, and financial support.

3. Sharing: Systematically organize and invite Rotary veterans to share their inspiring stories about Rotary.

Finally, here are our three main strategies:

1. Digital Rotary: Introduce new technologies to develop Chat GPT and data management for District 3481, enhancing the efficiency of Rotary.

2. Healthy Rotary: Health is the foundation of everything. We emphasize that health is omnipresent and advocate for creating a healthy mind and body, family, Rotary club, and business through integrated and effortless methods.

3. Sustainable Service: Collaboratively invite and train Rotary grant experts to work together in creating service projects that foster positive change in our communities.

Wish you and all 1,200,000 Rotary members worldwide a prosperous and healthy celebration of Rotary's 120th anniversary.
